National Gun Violence Prevention Sabbath Weekend (sponsored by the interfaith Faiths United to Prevent Gun Violence coalition) at Asylum Hill Congregational Church. All are invited to attend worship at AHCC (814 Asylum Ave., Hartford) on Sunday, March 22nd at 9:00 or 10:15 AM when Nelba Marquez-Greene and Jimmy Greene will share their testimony. Their six year old daughter Ana Grace was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School two years ago. Nelba is a licensed marriage and family therapist and Jimmy is a professional jazz musician. A children’s choir from AHCC will sing a song from Jimmy’s new album entitled “Beautiful Life.” Wearing purple (Ana's favorite color) will show our support of Jimmy and Nelba and will also serve as a visible reminder to all of us of their message that Love Wins.
